This system of prefabricated panels provides a streamlined process for construction of new Accessory Dwelling Units. It builds on the idea of a small living footprint for sustainability. It is our goal to encourage people to live in inspiring, compact spaces that offer all necessary comfort for living while quickly increasing the housing stock in California.
The system builds on the idea of diminishing the amount of layers necessary for construction. Each panel is structural, insulated, and already carries interior and exterior finishes when transported to site. The design is based on a determined number of pre-cut panels that create varied design configurations.
